Return and Replacement
POLICY ON RETURN AND REFUND
The quality of our eyeglasses and sunglasses is guaranteed at RX Safety Canada. Simply contact us for an exchange or refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.
We provide a 30-Day Fit Guarantee, which allows consumers to exchange or return an item for a similar item without any questions asked.
If the consumer enters the prescription improperly, there will be no refund. Customers who enter prescriptions online are strongly advised to text a copy of the order to 615-669-3998 after it is submitted. We will gladly double-check all of the information before going into production.
PROCEDURE FOR REPLACEMENT
Contact Customer Service at service@rxsafetycanada.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Return your glasses to us and provide the Delivery Confirmation Number to our Customer Service.
You will either receive a replacement item or a refund once we receive your returned item.
